My family unfortunately suffered a medical tragedy that I hope no one should ever have to experience. A close friend of mine recommended Jim Bostwick, so I gave him a call. He listened intently and sympathetically as I told him what had happened. Jim’s knowledge of the complicated procedure was that of a doctor. After a lengthy conversation, he agreed to consult with his medical experts and get back to me. At first all of the experts that he spoke with couldn't find anything wrong with the way our surgery was performed but Jim didn't give up. He told me he felt something wasn't right, so he would keep checking with other experts. The difference between Jim and all the other firms — he does not give up until he is satisfied. In the end, we reached a settlement. I consider Jim and his entire staff to be some of the most caring and thoughtful people I have ever met. So, if a tragedy should ever strike you, remember it's important to have representation that your adversary will have the highest respect for — that's Bostwick and Peterson.
